- Assist Superintendent in preparation of the weekly "Short Term Look Ahead Schedule" to monitor progress and assure all work is scheduled for maximum efficiency.
- Attend and participate in all project meetings.
- Manage project closeout including punchlist, O&Ms, spare parts, and Warranties
- Support project team in development of project specific workplans.

- The PE works equally and directly for both the PM and the project Superintendent.

- Works as a team with assigned superintendent(s), Project Managers to build projects
- The role of the PE on a project is to administer project business including document
- Primarily located on the project site. If assigned to the site, it is expected the PE at
- Acts as a company representative to the Owner on assigned projects.
- Maintains strict adherence to Company processes and procedures.
- Studies the prime contract with the owner and is responsible to know our rights and
- obligations under the contract.
- Understands the notice provisions of the prime contract and follows strict adherence
- The PE is empowered to escalate issues to more senior managers to seek greater company support at the earliest sign of jeopardy of the project's success.
- Five years of relevant project experience in of all phases of construction.
- Degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or related field.
- Organized with a systematic approach to achieve high level results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities.
- Expertise in QSP, SWPPP, LEED and sustainability is a plus.
- Knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint project manager software is a plus.
