With a laid-back and fun culture, our client offers an amazing opportunity for candidates who are driven, organized, and experienced in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.Position Responsibilities:- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and schedules- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to create accurate architectural designs and models- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges- Communicate with clients and prospective clients to understand their architectural needs and provide suitable solutionsPosition Essential Job Functions:- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution- Facilitate meetings with clients, presenting design concepts and providing updates on project progress- Participate in the development of design proposals, including cost estimation and material selectionPosition Skills:- 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM- Ability to stay organized and motivated to meet project deadlines- NCARB certification or eligibility for certification- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clientsThis is an amazing opportunity for skilled architects to join a reputable company with a laid-back and fun culture.
