- Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Intel and Reporting, the F&R Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all reporting and analysis for GI Claims Fraud and Recovery (F&R).
- This position will work globally and cross functionally with internal and external teams such as F&R Leadership, Regional Leads, Country Managers, F&R Performance as well as Claims, Risk, Legal, Underwriting, and Global Quality Assurance.
- This role will be responsible for data management, delivery of monthly and quarterly results, and analytics on claims fraud and recovery across all lines of business in AIG
- Responsible for all reporting and analysis for GI Claims Fraud and Recovery.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly results/ metrics at a Global/ Regional/ LOB level, including but not limited to Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Deep Dive reporting, etc. to provide insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Manage quality control process of data for Fraud and Recovery, i.e. gathering, cleansing, and reconciling data and working with Regional/ LOB managers to correct data.
- Analyze trends and outliers and develop insightful commentary on key business drivers that inform improvements in the way Claims and business partners work and make decisions.
- Conduct proactive Fraud and Recovery reviews to share LOB & product trends, risks, and threats.
- Support risk management efforts and manage analytical models, i.e. Fraud Risk Thresholds.
- Conduct industry research and incorporate data from external resources into current reporting workstreams.
- Deliver ad hoc business analyses as required to support management decision making.
- 4+ years in Business Analysis, Risk, Fraud (investigative services) and/or Claims Recovery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data sciences or similar.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary.
- Ability to learn quickly, produce high-quality results, team-player but can also work independently.
- Experience working with and interpreting large sets of data.
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with visualization tools to transform data into dashboards is preferred.
