- Performing all duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of the Levy Vision, Strategy and Mission Statement which includes Quality Policy
- Developing, supporting and coordinating an hourly workforce in the following functions:
- Reading electrical and hydraulic flow diagrams for trouble shooting purposes.
- Repairing P.L.C Control Systems for automatized equipment.
- Inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing D/C crane components and drive systems.
- Fault finding and repairing all aspects of robotic equipment.
- Ensuring plant and equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of plant maintenance and repair thru Oracle.
- Assisting and scheduling work.
- Assisting and directing the maintenance foreman in making major repairs to heavy equipment.
- Maintaining accurate record keeping on equipment histories.
- Monitoring, measuring, and adjusting processes to meet production requirements and quality expectations.
- Overseeing the installation of equipment and ensuring project successes.
- Constructing a maintenance operation that is inspection driven and augmented by a well-planed weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduled PM program in Oracle
- Ordering parts and maintaining Inventory
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic components.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components on heavy equipment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with robotics and automized equipment.
- Knowledge of D/C cranes and the ability to fault find and repair crane drives and components.
- Must be proficient in the analyzing and the diagnosing electrical and hydraulic equipment.
- Able to accurately evaluate operating equipment and schedule maintenance as it pertains to production.
