- We're looking for engineers interested in improving the coding capabilities of client. The primary focus will be on improving the quality of data. This will require manual review of coding datasets and cross-functional collaboration for solution design.
- Data Quality Assurance: Regularly review code data, identify bugs & patterns and areas of improvement to improve data quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Development: Ability to document & provide constructive feedback while developing and implementing frameworks, guidelines, and tools to enable high-quality data delivery that meets long-term project needs and scales effectively.
- Dataset Creation and Curation: Develop and refine datasets of coding use cases.
- 4 years of experience in software development in multiple programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 2-4 years of experience testing, auditing and analysing data.
- Experience working on improving data quality for large language models.
- Proficiency in at least 5 out of these programming languages:
- Java
- Python
- C/C++
- SQL
- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- Scala
- Ruby
