- Act as the Safety Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Training Manager, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PCR360 equipment tracking system.
- Lead system usability meetings, summarizing and prioritizing issues to enhance cross-departmental processes and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and develop detailed work plans and job-aids to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with managers and vendors to maintain master project plans and schedules for complex projects; manage inventory to support continuous operational needs.
- Manage multiple logistics projects, ensuring customer deadlines are met and providing tailored logistic and warehouse services to clients such as AT&T, the military, and selected government agencies.
- Oversee daily management of equipment, location, and catalog data in PCR360, along with related documentation.
- Document and track the transition to new transport, network management, and operating systems.
- Support system upgrades and adapt processes in response to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- High School Diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in logistics management and warehouse operations, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
- Expertise in using and managing equipment tracking systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with experience leading cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including vendors and suppliers.
- Experience in telecommunications, military, or government agency logistics.
- Advanced training or certification in logistics, project management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage system upgrades and transitions.
