- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments for customers using our dealership's scheduling system
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote service specials and drive business to our service department
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding service inquiries, pricing, and appointment availability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or questions effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
