ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitudeEngage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to any inquiries or concernsMaintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information to guestsHandle guest complaints or issues professionally or bring them to the manager when necessaryAssist with running food, delivering and/or refilling guests’ drinksGuide guests to their tables and present them with menusTake to-go orders over the phone and in personEngage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and serviceRefill drinks and clear plates as needed during guest’s dining experience.Provide great customer serviceProvide highchairs and other requested items to the guestResponsibilities include complying with all federal and state laws, including the FLSA tip regulations regarding tip reporting, sharing, and minimum wage requirements
