Occasional weekend events with general weekday business hours schedule.This is a very fast-paced and dynamic environment where every day will bring something new and different. This position requires a person with great interpersonal communication skills who can meet end-users where they are to help them accomplish their business needs.Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain and administer computers and office equipment
  • Support events with IT and Audio Video needs
  • Provide support and resolve IT-related issues for colleagues using a ticketing system
  • Support and manage business operations-related systems including HVAC, security cameras, access control, VOIP telephone, and television & display distribution
  • Mobile device assistance
  • User account provisioning
  • Assist with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Power Apps support
  • Manage software licensing
  • Support management with IT requests and potential new implementations
  • Create and update written policies, procedures and SOP’s
  • Assist with other IT and Audio-Video tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Applications and SQL
  • Experience with VOIP PBX, access control and security cameras
  • Able to work as a team, as well as independently
  • Able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all staff and the public
  • Must be able to stay positive and professional under pressure
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
