This innovation helps us meet our goal of being Best At People.Our Total Rewards organization is seeking an HRIS Analyst II, who will be responsible for supporting HR systems and programs including system configuration & testing, partnering with IT on projects, report writing & fulfilling data requests, and supporting HR programs such as recognition & commuter drivers. This position will also provide support to the Compensation function, as needed. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of a variety HR systems and programs supporting the employee lifecycle, a technical aptitude, and likes to roll up their sleeves to explore better ways of doing things - moving from manual processes to automation with the goal of improving the overall employee experience through technology. To support work/life integration and flexibility, this is a hybrid opportunity with the ability to work from home four days per week. Human Resources gets together in-office each Tuesday to make connections and collaborate.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Analyze and execute compensation and HRIS programs and projects to support company and operations initiatives.HRIS
  • Provide project management for HR systems and related programs. This may include employee recognition, HRIS, Brass Ring, Employee Engagement & Lifecycle surveys.
  • Develop system requirements, test system functionality, troubleshoot system issues, develop end-user documentation, and training.
  • Support HR with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Compensation
  • Administer compensation programs including annual salary review, short-term incentive programs and employee recognition.
  • Provide education to HR and Managers to increase knowledge of compensation concepts, practices and HR systems.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and participate in salary surveys, survey selection and job matching.
Other
  • Support HR Operations in compliance initiatives including data requests for AAP, completing the EEO-1 and Vets 4212 reporting.
  • Special analysis and other projects may be assigned.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain quality standards on all projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years' experience.
  • Knowledgeable about one or more HR platforms and capabilities including Oracle, Brass Ring, MarketPay, Qualtrics
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
