- Knowledge and basic skills in assessment of intellectual disorders and related developmental disabilities in terms of behavioral observations and evaluation of treatment/behavior support plans.
- Knowledge and behavior analytic skills in assessment and treatment of learning and behavior disorders.
- Knowledge in the principles underlying the development of adaptive behavior and basic skills in the application of this knowledge to the learning problems of persons with significant learning and behavior disorders.
- Ability to train staff to conduct training and treatment/behavior support plans.
