Position SummaryOrganization: Center of Southwest CultureLocation: 505 Marquette Ave NW Ste 1610, Albuquerque, NM 87102An Off Campus Work Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study AwardPart-time assistant to the Director of Finance in the management of the Center of Southwest
Culture's finances. Center of Southwest Culture is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Albuquerque working
to develop healthy Indigenous and Latino communities through economic development and
cultural and educational work.Assist Director of Finance and CSC Program Mangers in:● Filing, copying, scanning
● Organize payroll timesheets and review for errors
● Maintain basic accounting records
● Use basic accounting math and Excel software
● Social Media curation/scheduling
● Contacting program participants for feedback/surveysThe position is roughly 15-20 hours per week.

Preferred QualificationsSkills/ Experience:
● Some knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping practices is preferred.
● Must be familiar with Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
● Must speak Spanish and have an aptitude or interest in math or business.
● Must be comfortable working in an office environment.
