We provide both commercial and residential roofing services & are currently looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Installers - Roofers to join our team!This position is responsible for accurately installing the roof on commercial buildings to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience by maintaining high quality and timely job performance.Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required; work hours depend on the season- work can begin as early as 5:00 a.m.Pay Scale: Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience and prevailing wage jobs as required.Benefits: 75% Employer Covered Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 6 Paid Holidays, PTO, 3% IRA Company Match.Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Knowledge of different types of roofing systems
  • 2 years of roofing installation experience preferred
  • Certification in roofing is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs
  • Ability to climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use ladders
  • Must be able to work on scaffolds and great heights
  • Must be ready to work in outdoor weather conditions such as heat, rain, cold, and snow
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Some sheet metal knowledge is helpful
  • Understanding of the proper installation of Single Ply TPO, PVC and EPDM, composition, and sheet metal
