Job DescriptionRegional Program Manager - Western RegionDo you have experience developing, directing, and evaluating operations, programs, processes, and/or practices for quality effectiveness? Are you a strong, dedicated leader and on the lookout for a management position? Look no further! The Office of Coordinated Care & Regional Supports is looking for someone just like you to work as their Regional Program Manager - Western Region (Utah, Wasatch, Juab, Millard, Sanpete, Sevier and Wayne Counties).Residence in these areas or a willingness to relocate to one of these areas is a requirement for the position. This position is not telework/telecommute eligible.Principle Duties:Develops, directs, and/or evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement in regionRepresents the agency with federal, state, and local government units, private agencies, and key stakeholders in the communityPromotes and orients community partners and regional social service systems on High Fidelity WraparoundSupervises subordinate personnel including: hiring and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions as indicatedProvides direct High Fidelity Wraparound Model services to families on an as needed basisEnsures required data are collected and entered into appropriate data system and provide aggregated data to administrative office for analysisHelps in the monitoring of agency or program budgets including revenues and expendituresIdentifies system barriers and coordinates and implements policy and procedure changesEnsures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, agency rules, standards and guidelines, grant guidelines, etc.The Ideal Candidate:Masters Degree and/or licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent licensure OR at least 10 years of experience in a social services related fieldExperience supervising subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actionExperience managing the implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound Model and documentation associated with itKnowledge of regional child- and adult-serving systems including mental health, substance abuse, education, health, child welfare, juvenile justice, employment, medical, employment, services to people with disabilities, and housingKnowledge of consensus building and group facilitation processKnowledge of principles, theories, and practices of business administration including accounting, human and material resource management in organizations, sales and marketing, economics, organizing systems, public relations and performance management Preference may be given to applicants that:
  • Are licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent licensure and/or have 10+ years of experience working in a social services related field
  • Have one or more years of experience using the High Fidelity Wraparound Model

Retirement - Utah Retirement Systems (URS):
  • Employees who have any service credit with an employer covered by the Utah Retirement Systems prior to 7/1/2011 are in the Tier I Public Employees System.
  • Employees hired on or after 7/1/2011 and who have never been in the URS retirement system have two options for retirement in the Tier II System.
  • Tier 2 Hybrid Retirement System. Employer contributes an amount equal to 10% of your salary between both plans (pension and 401(k))
  • Tier 2 Defined Contribution Plan. Employer contributes an amount equal to 10% of your salary to a 401(k) plan only.
  • Employer contributions to your 401(k) are vested after four years.
Paid Time Off:
  • Annual leave and sick leave are accrued at 4 hours per pay period each (4 hours annual, 4 hours sick).
  • Annual leave amounts increase with years of service.
  • We have 12 paid holidays.
