You will serve as a subject matter expert on all things reporting; take the lead role in introducing its new features/products to employees and drive the vision of the future of reporting and HR business analytics at FactSet.What You’ll Do:
  • Focus on HCM Reporting both with Workday and external to workday.
  • Lead and oversee upgrades, enhancements, testing and validation of current and new systems with high emphasis on process improvement.
  • Collaborate with peers to drive the identification of key issues, new processes, projects and change management.
  • Identify process improvements and be able to recommend strategies to meet HR functional requirements.
  • Review and assess data to identify deficiencies and lead the remediation process.
  • Coach and assisting employees outside of HR Operations to understand their needs
What We’re Looking For:Required Skills:
  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 5+ years of experience of HCM modules and HR data reporting
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate cross functionally and on different levels
  • Ability to work well with team members and individually as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize them accordingly
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureDesired Skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Business with technical background
  • SQL experience
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Ability to work a Hybrid schedule from an office in Norwalk, CT
