- Assist the creative & content team on special content projects and photoshoots.
- Assist with art direction: visual and creative research, mock-ups, and storyboarding.
- Draft agency briefs and make relevant recommendations on the creative approach, formats, deliverables, and appropriate partners.
- Support with logistics and coordination during photoshoots and events, and throughout post-production and delivery.
- Monitor budgets, receive and process vendor invoices with relevant teams.
- Support with the ingestion and organization of branding assets and communications tools:
- Receive new campaigns and distribute the assets to the Media, PR, CRM, and Marketing teams.
- Keep track of a comprehensive list of available assets, upcoming plans and facilitating communication with the central teams by preparing meeting agendas.
- Participate in taskforces with other departments across the company.
- Creative benchmarking
- Keeping track of competitor activity in North America, with a focus on social media activations and innovative advertising formats.
- Collect information during key periods and after notable events to build reports and extract pertinent insights.
- Propose new approaches, guideline optimizations and deepen the client-centric strategy.
- Help sourcing new creative partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors and maintain the creative database.
- Monitor social media trends and formats in the luxury landscape and beyond to recommend relevant activations and innovative advertising formats.
- Creative strategy & content or campaign production experience required, preferably with an eye for luxury and focused on social media, web and innovative digital formats.
- Strong PPT presentation skills to build agency briefs, internal project trackers and transversal recaps, choosing and organization the right level of information in a detail oriented way.
- Capable of creating realistic mockups and supporting basic graphic design tasks (Adobe Creative Suite tools, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Proficient in Asana (project management) and Figma
- Facilitating creative assets workflow and increasing team bandwidth with strong coordination and organizational skills
- Develop a strong understanding of the Cartier Maison codes, brand identity, overall communications strategy, and business objectives.
- Background or degree in advertising / communications or design

- Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations
- Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role
- Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
