We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team at Blasius New Britain. We are the newest pre-owned location in our proud 94-year company history. This individual must be high-energy, passionate, and driven to succeed. As a Sales Associate, you will be directly responsible for driving sales and for providing exceptional customer service.Compensation & BenefitsWe have an aggressive commission-based pay plan that rewards individuals who perform. We have hands on managers experienced in assisting you in closing your deals and over 150 serviced and detail vehicles ready for sale every single day.   • Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, including explaining different models, features, and financing options
  • Develop sales strategies to reach goals
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales quotas
  • Stay up to date with product information, inventory updates, and pricing plans
  • Organize vehicles to be displayed to maximize product and brand presentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the auto industry
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
