- B.S/BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a laboratory, production, or process development area, preferably in a multinational (industrial) company.
- This position may require some involvement with materials regulated under the Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). This involvement may require an understanding of applicable rules and procedures associated with RCRA wastes. A combination of training methods, e.g., Computer-based Training, Classroom, and/or On-the-job training, will be provided prior to any such involvement with RCRA regulated wastes.
- Recognized knowledge of chemical processes at international level.
- Knowledge in organic chemistry, polymeric chemistry, and epoxy chemistry.
- Knowledge in chemical engineering and understanding of chemical production process.
- Knowledge or experience on thermal safety instruments like DSC, RC1, ARC and TAM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of production application and business aspects in several segments.
- Knowledge in analytical methodology and proficient with statistic principles.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365 Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent local site language and in English.
