As the Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and providing support to the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks.This is a primarily onsite work opportunity at their location in Duluth, GA.Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in person and virtually.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist the HR Manager in handling HR-related needs such as employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
  • Support the maintenance of HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Korean and English languages (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software/tools.
