As the Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and providing support to the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks.This is a primarily onsite work opportunity at their location in Duluth, GA.Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in person and virtually.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist the HR Manager in handling HR-related needs such as employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
- Support the maintenance of HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Korean and English languages (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software/tools.
