- Maintaining a course catalog that is current with the target customer's professional training needs
- Identifying instructors and manage associated contracts to meet the requirements of the course catalog
- Sourcing instructors to develop new course content
- Executing marketing plans for scheduled classes including maintaining the training website
- Managing the registration and enrollment procedure for students of scheduled classes
- Monitoring class execution
- Ensuring quality of content delivery
- Tracking financial performance of the portfolio of courses
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction from delivered courses
- Contributing to the overall marketing efforts of CBA by identifying industry trends and incorporating new ideas into marketing strategy
- Assisting with the successful planning and execution of monthly CBA member meetings and conferences.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Eight (8) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
- Four (4) years of experience in program development or business administration.
- Some positions may require one (1) year of supervision.
- Experience developing and offering professional education programs
- Experience managing websites and familiarity with web analytics
- Experience tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing efforts
- Experience in client relationship roles
- Experience in analytics-related roles
- Experience working with or for higher learning institutions
- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 dependent on the candidate's experience.
