- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assisting with document preparation, including drafting emails, letters, and reports
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records
- Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Providing general administrative support to executives and team members as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management practices
