Performs the full range of installation level duties for Piping in the construction, finishing, repair, etc. of buildings.We are currently offering a competitive range for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. What this Role will Do:
  • Perform trade specific tasks on a construction site.
  • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Perform some layout activities.
  • Perform some material takeoffs as necessary.
  • Trade related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
  • Perform planned maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Perform equipment start up with associated documentation.
  • Perform quality control inspections.
  • Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • High school degree or GED preferred or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Good dexterity and eye hand coordination.
  • Aptitude for technical problem solving.
  • Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Keen eye for detail.
