As a Traveling Assistant Superintendent you will assist the Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities on -site. You will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while also managing subcontractors and maintaining quality standards. Travel will be 2x a month and you will be home Thursday-Sunday, and expected to be be back on site Monday.
  • Help Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
  • Help Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers and subcontractors
  • Attend weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
  • Maintain OSHA requirements
  • Help track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
  • Help Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
  • Utilize Procore
  • Travel required

  • Construction Management or other industry related degree preferred but no required
  • IF no degree, at least 1 year of field experience
