- Utilize effective communication channels (web, email, telephonic) to manage subscriber-related issues.
- Prepare trend analysis, metrics, and other relevant data for presentations to leadership.
- Maintain a training and quality assurance program.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on alert processing, incident reporting, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between Government personnel and analysts.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of deliverables such as SOPs, AARs, etc.
- Serve as an authority for Tier 1 tasks.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of intrusion detection experience.
- DoD 8570 compliance with CSSP-A or CSSP-IR requirements.
- Additional experience in security or network technology (Unix/Windows OS, Cisco/Juniper routing/switching) within a hands-on implementation or administration role.
- Thorough knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) protocol implementations for all common network services, along with demonstrated capability to perform network packet analysis and anomaly detection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct trend analysis and anomaly detection.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocol implementations and network packet analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in intrusion detection and computer network defense.
- Familiarity with security or network technologies such as Unix/Windows OS, Cisco/Juniper routing/switching.
- Ability to pass the Joint Qualification Requirement (JQR) test and onboarding process within 90 days of assignment.
