Job Summary:
Crossroads Hyundai, a reputable automotive dealership in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor position that offers a competitive salary and lucrative commission potential. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $200,000 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, the Sales Manager will receive commission, bonuses, and other incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership sales and profitability
- Train and onboard new sales staff and continuously provide ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data and create action plans to address any areas of improvement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate sales goals, promotions, and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and market changes to effectively adjust sales strategies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Attend and participate in training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge of the automotive industryRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
