- Provide shift coverage to respond and recover critical systems at our customer locations
- Coordinate troubleshooting and data collection as part of the service organization
- Assures operational updates of KLA equipment are provided with clear status reporting to facilitate next steps in repair and recovery
- Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with KLA.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills: ability to collect and organize data to drive visibility to areas requiring follow-up and action.
- Should enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and activities with limited direct supervision to deliver on time results
