- Helping maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Managing inventory and handling logistics
- 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience required.
- Some previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
