- Technical support of our Danfoss Cooling product lines to our aftermarket customers by phone and email
- Support our DCS customer projects at our ADC with daily activities including lab test planning, equipment set-up, testing and processing of data. Additional support of calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. All the while following lab manuals and procedures.
- Work alongside our Indirect Sales team in support of small OEM accounts and opportunities. Periodic site and customer visits to support customer applications as well as the internal sales team technically .
- Conduct internal and external presentations to increase knowledge of products and applications. Includes in-person and remote training courses and web videos.
- Aid in the development of technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc)
- Continue to build competencies to become a product and application expert proficient in troubleshooting complex refrigeration and AC systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Engineering Technology with preference in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or HVAC
- Refrigeration/HVAC background, good understanding on thermodynamics, heat transfer &fluid dynamics preferred
- Exp with/managing projects & applications in test labs preferred
- Mechanically inclined, strong coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally (approximately 5-15% travel required)
