Summary: This bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate will work in an office setting. MS Office skills are necessary. Maybe called upon to translate employee interactions with safety manager and confirm correct document translations.Duties/Responsibilities: To schedule and assist English and non-English speaking employees for employees upcoming biannual Audio Exams. Update policies and programs within the safety department.Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Outlook email system.
  • Building basic MS Excel spreadsheets. Manipulating data within a spreadsheet; find/sort functions, understanding workbook tabs, copy/paste/insert functions, formatting.
  • Using MS Word to type a document. Basic Word skills, insert a table, header/footers, printing.
Education and Experience: This candidate may have self-taught Microsoft Office skills. But must demonstrate knowledge listed above.Physical Requirements: None
