Reports to: Communications & Marketing DirectorSchedule: FT/E, Monday-Friday
Supervises: N/ARate of Pay: $60,000-$75,000/yearClosing Date: 5/10/2024Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:

- Responsible for design, maintenance, and regular audits of divisional website network with multiple URLs and other ancillary web sites as needed. Must be familiar with content management systems.
- Ability to work quickly in securing, evaluating, posting, and proofing content. Excellent grammatical and proofreading skills required.
- Ability to interact and problem solve with non-technical field personnel. Through direct access, ensure that all Intermountain Division websites are maintained with fresh content on a regular schedule. (This varies with the skill level and capacity of the local TSA Officer and staff.) Where skill level is absent, the Integrated Marketing Manager will keep the site updated.
- Ensure uniform TSA standards are adhered to across all digital mediums.
- Manage TSA’s Google grant.
- Design both print and digital advertisements.
- Graphic design responsibilities as requested by the Community Relations & Marketing Director
- Support the Digital Content Director’s social media efforts as directed.
- Deploy electronic communications and other electronic communications as assigned.
- Work with THQ on the content developed for the Intermountain Division’s donor emails.
- Organize, archive, and manage a database-driven photo library containing digital still images as well as digital video for use on websites, downloading and divisional-wide imaging needs.
- Edit digital still images as well as digital video using appropriate photo-editing software for the web, social media online and print usage.
- Manage and update video content for The Salvation Army’s Intermountain Division, as well as integrate content with other video sharing sites on the web (I.e. YouTube).
- Resource to area service web and social media staff and Corps. Make resources available to officers, staff, and other appropriate personnel. Search for, report, and archive news stories across all appropriate media.
- Create donation pages, registration pages and merge lists that appear on websites.
- Work with THQ on integration issues and trouble shoot any potential problems.
- Produce all public facing printed/visual materials for the Intermountain Division.
- Produce all printed/visual materials for the Intermountain Division’s programs/events.
- Provide marketing support for all fundraising and community engagement events and ensure consistency of messaging across all fundraising materials.
- Monitor the use of all corporate logos to ensure that graphic standards are adhered to.
- In collaboration with the Development, Special Events, and Volunteer Manager, create special event materials for the Intermountain Division.
- Responsible for monitoring the branding of vehicles, swag, and equipment.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or similar degree. Two years or more of experience in graphic design, marketing, social media management.
- Demonstrated excellence in web and graphic design skills at all levels, including the creation, editing, archiving and management of photos, videos, blogs, e-mail blasts and informational web pages.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with both external and internal individuals, groups, and all additional professional relationships.
- High level of computer proficiency with mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and other industry-standard design software within a Windows platform. Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery a plus.
