The work we do here matters.Department Overview As part of the Global Quality Operations Organization, the Quality Management System (QMS) department is responsible for maintaining ISO9001 and ISO20000 certification witin MSI.Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Quality Management System Lead is to effectively manage the ISO9001(QMS), ISO20000(ITIL) and ISO20000(SMS) compliance for various organizations within the US Region.Responsibilities:Work closely with all departments in regards to ISO implementation, issues, maintenance and improvement activities.Maintain a current working knowledge in regards to applicable regulation and ISO industry standards and helps ensure MSI Policies and Procedures are reflective of these requirements.Organize, conduct, and assist in company-wide ISO internal audit programs from planning, implementation, report generation, corrective action issuance, verification and closure.Coordinate appropriate and effective corrective and preventive (CAPA) actions in response to pertinent observations and findings from the internal / external audits, customer complaints and other internal / external non-conformances.Preferred Skills:Great communications skills verbal and written3+ years of experience working in a Quality Systems environment3+ years of experience performing internal and external audits preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same timeAbility to conduct a Root Cause Analysis for the department preferred.Basic RequirementsRequired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineers, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management3+ years of experience working as a Quality Systems Lead or Quality Specialist Lead required.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
