Data Entry: Accurate data input and maintenance.
Organize digital and physical documents.
Phone & Support: Answer calls professionally.
Assist callers and relay messages.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of strong time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, such as email platforms, chat systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, demonstrating a successful history of accomplishment.
Current hours for role.
