- Identification and management of daily solar construction activities to ensure inventory reviews, supplier assessment and product availability are current and accurate.
- Primary management of materials procurement, inventory and needs assessment throughout construction timeline.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, bidding, and contractual agreements to ensure high quality delivery and receipt of goods purchased.
- Collaborate with cross functional groups / individuals as needed to complete tasks timely.
- Assist with future development and maintenance of the Bullrock Procurement Strategy as needed.
- Together with Operations personnel, communicate with, coordinate and schedule subcontractors to work sites.
- Assist Project Managers /Engineering Teams with the collection and filing of compliance documentation from subs and vendors such as agreements, liability waivers, insurance certs, lien waivers etc.
- Schedules, reschedules, coordinates, and communicates product delivery and receivability of shipments to sites.
- Create and maintain a central contract repository.
- Verify vendor invoice parts, pricing, and delivery prior to payment approval.
- Facilitates communication with Leadership regarding parts availability, production, labor schedules etc.
- Occasional additional hours required at year end / site commissioning to cover liabilities.
- Resource Planning using ERP system or similar.
- Highly organized across multiple platforms of communication and workspaces.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and maps.
- High level of integrity, with a team-focused attitude.
- Passion for safety and quality is evidenced through action, effort, and intent.
- Some/fluent Spanish skills preferred, not required.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain/contract principles.
- 2-5 years in solar renewables, preferably in sourcing, materials planning, team or project management etc.
- 2-3 years supply chain / procurement experience in correlated industry, such as construction, development, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, supply chain or finance management required.
- PMP Certification highly preferred.
- Global purchasing experience preferred.
