AUDIO ENGINEERPART-TIME, HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT CURRENT TO 6/30/24FULL-TIME, HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT EFFECTIVE 8/1/24VARIABLE HOURS - 11-12 MONTHSREPORTS DIRECTLY TO THEATER MANAGER/TECHNICAL DIRECTORSchedule: Weekly Chapel schedules are set; other calendar events vary and are scheduled one year in advance with rehearsal schedules generally available two weeks in advance.Description: This eleven-twelve-month, part-time position reports to the Theater Manager/Technical DirectorDuties and Responsibilities:Part-time audio engineer for weekly chapels, concerts, theatre productions, and events. This is an hourly position with varied hours depending on the calendar and production schedule.Live sound mixing experience required--with experience on a Yamaha QL5 console and Sennheiser wireless equipment a plus. Qualified candidates must have a strong background and understanding of theatrical and live music mixing techniques.Experience with videography and lighting a plus!Flexibility and a collaborative attitude as well as ability to work well with high school students in a Christian school setting is a must.CHCA is an equal opportunity employer.
