- Conceptualize and execute sound creative ideas for marketing collateral in a manner that elevates the brand and aligns with strategic goals
- Craft precise, compelling copy that meets the specific requirements of the brief
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine concepts, campaigns, and creative ideas that reflect a deep understanding of our audience
- Work with design, production, and front-end development partners to ensure each project’s creative vision is achieved
- Partner with product and brand teams to establish voice and tone guidelines for various marketing channels
- Test performance metrics to track the efficiency of written copy
- Propose creative copy concepts as you find opportunities and revise development processes for efficient workflows
- Ensuring timely execution of all deliverables, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting project deadlines
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and elevate the quality of Edible's copy.
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in copywriting, advertising agency, media company, or high-profile brand required
- Experience creating compelling messages for different target audiences
- Demonstrated experience producing quality copy under quick deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, required
- Strong command over language, including grammar, punctuation, and style. Ability to craft persuasive, compelling, and engaging copy across various platforms and formats (web, email, social media, ads, product descriptions, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members across various departments, such as design, production, and development, to bring creative ideas to life.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and how to integrate relevant keywords naturally into copy to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic
- Ensuring all copy and creative elements are accurate, consistent with the brand, and free of errors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely execution of deliverables while maintaining brand consistency.
- The ability to revise and improve processes, workflows, and creative concepts based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and elevate the quality of the copy and creative work.
