- Interact daily with business users to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively working to resolve client issues
- Drive business process redesign conversations, keeping best practices in mind
- Document current and future business process flows
- Create technical documentation, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and business process flows
- Participate in the creation of clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and requirement documents
- Participate in the analysis of system specifications and use analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/ technical processes
- Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain an understanding of third-party systems and cloud integration tools and methods
- Train users on the Platform
- Identify data and system gaps
- Prepare and perform data conversion requirements
- Work directly and effectively with the client implementation team
- Assist project managers with documenting and understanding project implementation tasks
- Analyze and update the configuration of the BillingPlatform application to address the business requirements
- Lead both in-person and remote sessions with key client stakeholders from business or technical audiences
- Work effectively with onshore and offshore configuration teams
- 6-8+ years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT as a functional analyst, implementing Quote-to-Cash and billing solutions (Oracle CC&B, NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Apttus, etc). - must have.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in and an understanding of the billing and monetization landscape
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong experience with business systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Experience in business analysis work related to implementing systems in the Q2C ecosystem
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and working effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others who may have different skill sets, backgrounds, and positions within and external to the organization
- Motivated and independent individual that has the ability to learn quickly through hands-on experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
