- Replace light bulbs.

- Light painting in needed areas.
- Mow grass in designated areas
- Spray herbicides on parking lot and around building as needed.
- Other duties as requested
- Starting Pay $18.00 - $20.00p/hr.

- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash in offices, restrooms, warehouse, dock area, parking lots and transfer to external trash receptacles.
- Keep the restrooms in tip-top shape by providing attentive service, ensuring cleanliness, and promptly restocking supplies.
- Wipe all door handles including lobby, upstairs entry, doors to and from warehouse
- Maintain cleaning supplies and submit orders to Supervisor
- Clean interior / exterior windows
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Using company vehicle, you would be required to Transport / Pickup other employees that are picking up or delivering customers equipment...
- Must have an acceptable driving record...
- Must be able and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs with or without assistance.
