- Interface regionally with the customer and represent the customer voice internally
- Enhance the customer relationship management
- Support the regional 5-year outlook and AOP (pricing, acquisition projects, sourcing decisions)
- Interface with OEM engineering, purchasing, and cost analysis teams
- Identify the trends of the customer, in coordination with marketing
- Coordinate and complete customer quotations
- Support customer visits to manufacturing sites and sales offices globally
- Promote regional innovation at the customer
- Improve regional customer account profitability
- Analyze costs and pricing for customer brake applications
- Receive, verify, and manage customer purchase orders
- Support customer cost breakdown activities
- Track and update customer contracts
- Maintain and control project expenses
- Support commercial aspects of product development and design changes
- Understand customer’s expectations
- Understand the customer’s organization, program milestones, and key deliverables
- Professional and technical knowledge: Office Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc. SAP, Fluent English language.

- Skills: Experience working with European OEMs is preferred, Excellent analytical and communication skills, Well organized, inquisitive, and independent, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail, Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint, Availability for travel, including international
