- WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Understand the consumer, the category, and the brands' high level strategies, goals, and unique differentiators
- Support the Trade vision and strategy on how to stand-up, support and integrate new to the organization alternative channels (i.e specialty channel, owned branded pop-up stores, hotel distribution)
- Support role in identifying new distribution partners and capabilities to support Beyond Nicotine products.
- Lead vision, strategy and marketing plans to support specific channels of distribution.
- Help support and handle distribution and Channel customers
- Responsible for sourcing third-party partners and agencies that can support route to market and go to market strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations Planning to ensure demand forecast is feeding consumer demand.
- Along with finance, provide insight on pricing and promotional strategy across all brick and mortar channels
- Responsible for identifying performance metrics and how to measure effectiveness of new sales and distribution channels.
- Help support and handle trade team in the local area and identify new business opportunities.
- What is your experience with Route to market and Trade marketing
- What experience do you have in developing a true 360 degree OMI channel activation
- 3-5 years working in a related field, preferably event/experience marketing
- Demonstrated experience in concepting and developing experiential brand programming is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience integrating physical and digital / interactive experiences is a strong plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tactics including social media, interactive, personalization, mobile / digital, and / or AR and VR marketing
- Plans, implements, and reports out on programs / initiatives, tracking, and deliverables thru a commercial and experiential (brand building) lens
- Proactively addresses opportunities to work with colleagues, across departments, and with agency representatives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required - marketing specialization is a plus
- Graduate Degree (MBA or equivalent experience) and / or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category
- Specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in marketing roles
