- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement, and top loss for the facility
- Implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues and eliminate recurrence
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process quality
- Contribute to cross-functional teams in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives for end-to-end business application
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
- Proficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)
- Familiar with data management systems and coding applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
