As an associate, you will be responsible for defending claims against employers in a variety of industries. With a caseload to manage, deadlines to meet, and depositions to conduct, you'll be expanding your legal acumen under the mentoring of senior attorneys with the experience to help you become successful.If you're a strong writer with deposition and mediation experience, currently licensed in the state of North Carolina, and have at least 2 years of experience within workers' compensation defense, we want to hear from you.
