- Lead and mentor a team of 10 hourly Quality team members.
- Design and implement quality control process sampling systems, statistical techniques, and procedures.
- Serve as the primary liaison to production supervisors and staff for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions affecting production.
- Oversee and maintain the manufacturing quality system for specific product groups.
- Engage in design reviews, identifying significant and critical feature characteristics on blueprints.
- Coordinate quality aspects for new product development, including on-site start-ups, tool, and vendor certifications.
- Ensure external vendors meet Polaris quality standards.
- Specify and design inspection, testing mechanisms, and equipment.
- Establish and document criteria for critical assembly components and supporting process control.
- Analyze production limitations and standards, proposing specification revisions as needed.
- Develop and implement quality control training programs in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Experience mentoring or leading others required.
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven record of fostering team-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred.
