Nurse Manager (Neuro MedSurg)

• Lead the delivery of exceptional patient care while managing costs effectively.

• Ensure compliance with hospital and departmental plans, as well as nursing standards and procedures.
• Contribute to the positive reputation of our hospital by providing outstanding care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Exercise sound judgment in alignment with medical plans, department policies, and licensure regulations.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain organizational and nursing standards.

• Demonstrate proficiency in management and delegation principles.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care management experience within a unit is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is essential.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact state license is mandatory.
• Valid Healthcare Provider BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross is necessary.
