Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist department managers to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as business manager.
  • Help our customers arrange the financing of their vehicle purchase and assist them with additional products that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
  • Accurately communicate with lenders for approval and make credit decisions.
  • Ensure all transactions are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy with all documents.
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to “close"
  • Professional Appearance
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
