- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timelines.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and targets on a consistent basis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer service experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
