  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring quality workmanship
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing concerns
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, driving efficiency and innovation in construction methods
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise during construction, utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ensure project closeout activities are completed efficiently, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to the client
